They are so so accurate to know who is who. Had a nightmare buying train tickets from ASR to DEL. No seats but if you pay more you get the seats. Wonder where the seats come from. The problem starts when you get to the passport officer. He doesn't care about what is mentioned in the booklet/ website. It all depends on his/ her whims and fancies.
